Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy sets out how you may and may not use Royalty Health Check ("RHC"), operated by R-Rising Technologies Ltd. By using RHC you agree to comply with it.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• engage in fraud, or submit false, forged or misleading payment evidence or receipts;
• abuse, harass, or misuse the service or other users;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, overload or attack the service or its infrastructure (including denial-of-service attempts or introducing malware);
• scrape, harvest, data-mine, or systematically extract content or data from the service;
• impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• reverse engineer, copy, resell or redistribute any part of the service; or
• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.

3. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access, refuse or reverse transactions, and take any other action permitted by law where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached.
