Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 September 2026
1. Who We Are
Royalty Health Check ("RHC", "we", "us", "our") is operated by R-Rising Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17176393, with its registered office at Cheth House, Valley Lane, Thorney Hill, Bransgore, Dorset BH23 8DX, United Kingdom. You can contact us at [email protected].
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using RHC you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. Eligibility (18+)
RHC is intended only for individuals aged 18 or over. By using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
4. What RHC Is
RHC is an educational music-rights diagnostic and audit tool for independent artists. Based on the information you provide, it calculates a Song Object Integrity Score (SOIS) and a corresponding risk/band result, and returns rule-based educational guidance. The guidance is generated by fixed, rule-based logic — not by generative artificial intelligence.
5. Not Professional Advice / No Guarantees
RHC is educational only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and does not make financial projections. Results depend on the accuracy of the information you supply and are provided for general guidance. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular result, outcome or recovery of royalties will follow. For a full assessment you should consult a suitably qualified professional.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information when using the audit tool.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes.
- Do not submit false or fraudulent payment evidence.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, copy or redistribute any part of the service.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Payments and Pro Access
Pro access is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges. Depending on your territory, payment may be taken via Stripe, Flutterwave, or a UBA / manual bank transfer with receipt confirmation. Full card details are handled directly by the relevant payment processor and are not collected or stored by RHC.
Your statutory consumer rights are preserved in full. Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
The RHC software, scoring logic, guidance content, branding and documents are owned by R-Rising Technologies Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the information you provide. See our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy for details.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, R-Rising Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for it.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms overrides those rights.
