Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller

Royalty Health Check ("RHC") is operated by R-Rising Technologies Ltd, the data controller, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17176393), registered office Cheth House, Valley Lane, Thorney Hill, Bransgore, Dorset BH23 8DX, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].

2. Age (18+)

RHC is intended for individuals aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

3. Information We Collect

  • Artist / band name you enter.
  • Email address you enter.
  • Country you select.
  • Your 20 audit answers.
  • Your derived SOIS score and the resulting risk/band result calculated from those answers.
  • Payment references and, where you pay by UBA / manual bank transfer, the receipt screenshot you upload.

We do not operate user accounts or logins, and we do not run our own analytics, tracking pixels or advertising cookies.

4. Audio Stays In Your Browser

Any audio you select for use with the tool stays in your browser on your device. It is not uploaded to us or to any third party.

5. How We Use Your Information

  • Calculate your SOIS score and risk/band result.
  • Send your audit results to the email you provide.
  • Process your one-time Pro purchase and confirm payment.
  • Respond to enquiries and provide support.
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

6. Payment Receipt Storage

UBA / manual bank-transfer receipt screenshots are stored privately and are not publicly accessible. They are viewed only by authorised personnel for the purpose of confirming payment, using secure short-lived access.

7. Processors and Recipients

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising tracking. We share limited data with processors only as needed to run the service:

  • Stripe and Flutterwave — payment processing (depending on your territory). Full card details are handled by the processor, not by RHC.
  • Abacus.AI — hosting, secure file storage (including private receipts) and delivery of results/notification emails.
  • Legal requirements — where disclosure is required by law or to protect our rights.

8. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes described above — for example to deliver your results, confirm and evidence payment, meet legal and accounting obligations, and handle any related queries or disputes — and then delete or anonymise it. Retention is proportionate to the purpose rather than fixed to a single arbitrary period.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To make a request, contact [email protected].

10. Complaints

If you have a data-protection complaint, please contact us at [email protected]. We will:

  • acknowledge your complaint within 30 days;
  • investigate it without undue delay;
  • keep you informed of progress; and
  • communicate the outcome to you.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, or with your local supervisory authority.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
