1. Our Intellectual Property
The Royalty Health Check ("RHC") software, its scoring logic and SOIS methodology, its rule-based guidance content, its branding, and its documents and templates are owned by R-Rising Technologies Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, resell or create derivative works from any part of RHC without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by law.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the information you provide to RHC (such as your artist/band name, answers and any receipt you upload). You grant us only the limited permission needed to process that information to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Reporting Infringement
If you believe content on RHC infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at [email protected] with details of the material and your rights, and we will review and respond.
